Replica Teapot

Thankfully workers at the Medalta factory (operated from 1929 until 1954) reopened the famous studio years after it had been shut (due to poor sales). The original building and kilns remain and a limited series of objects are being remade and reissued as souvenirs. The factory now operates as a museum rather than a production ceramics house, and in some ways the work now has more interest and value (low production = rare).
