Ceramic Carafe and Goblets

Sial was founded in 1974 in Laval, Quebec and closed their doors in 1981. Production was mainly aesthetic elegant stoneware dishes. The potters were Pierre Legault, Gaetan Beaudin and Maurice Savoie.

Decanter & 8 sake cups, Decanter is 9 1/2 inches tall, 5 3/4 inches x 4 5/8 inches oval base. Top button is the color of the base. Sake cups are 2 3/4 inches tall, 2 7/8 inches diameter at top and 2 inches at base. All pieces have rust lower parts & beige upper parts. The combination of those earth tone colors by the artist achieves a warm & natural look. The design has Danish Mid Century influence.
