This is a great game that brings back childhood memories. I remember getting so frustrated becuase there was always this one spot on the corner of the table that no player could reach. Hockey is a source of pride and joy for Canadians and what better thing is there to do than play it 24/7 –on the ice and off.

Hi, Just wanted to record that there was a football (soccer) version of this which I had in England. My sentiments would be the same as Heidi, great fun game with a frustrating corner where the ball was dead. I bought it from a church jumble sale for 15p in the 70’s….. proabably the best toy I ever had. It stayed in our attic until well into adult hood and provided hours of fun for what had become two generations of our family. Unfortunately due to missing players due to house rennovation mean it will probably have to go. If I could buy a new version today I would be delighted.

by the end if my chidhood our bobby hull hockey games was dented bent and worn. For my me and brothers and our friends, the basement in our home might as well have been Madison SquareGarden. Fist fights broke out and fake organ music was created. God i miss that game. I looked at the stigma verson and it seems small. Maybe i am biased and a nostagic middle aged guy.

I am aware of a (table) hockey game in which on the side of it — it shows only the 6 (six) ORIGINAL TEAMS on it. i would say from the 60’s/early 70’s…….Have I seen it…..YOU BET, as my brother has HIS original one. So I DO KNOW IT EXISTS…..

I bought one of these in the UK recently, it has 6 teams, I am trying to get the electrics working.
A friend of mine had a Munro Ice Hockey game back in the late 1960’s best game I ever played.
I now have 3 Munro Ice Hockey games and 5 of the Munro football games
