Ernest Ice Cream


Ben Ernst and Erica Bernardi created Earnest Ice Cream with the old fashioned way, small batch, local ingredients, unusual flavours like Whiskey Hazelnut,Blue Cheese and Fig, and Oatmeal Brown Sugar, all made with lots of care and attention to the process. This homegrown approach is expressed through the entire brand, from their old school location/factory (decorated like a ice cream parlour) and hand written packaging and illustrated identity. Currently only available in Vancouver, the flagship store/factory has been expanding across the city and is now available in restaurants and foodie outlets.
