Water Bottle Campaign

Proceeding a hotly debated ban on the sale of disposable water bottles in Toronto, these municipal ads demonstrate the levels of waste created and the additional load that the additional garbage puts on the system. These amazing, behaviour shifting call-outs having been appearing all over Toronto streets. Very interesting campaign; using tax dollars to fight back at objects in the marketplace, through ad spaces. Seems like a complicated political area…but who cares? We all win in the end, with progressive behaviour being supported by the local government, who is paying to communicate a message of change. Kudos to our local politicians for getting it done and using graphic design and advertising to do it.
