Most of the major national business and governments were using high end design across all range of expressions, from events to advertising. The phenomenon produced tons of smart work that is still influential.This piece helped to establish Air Canada as a savvy client who understood the values that great design could generate. Holiday travel was new to Canada, and this newspaper spot cemented the desire to explore the new international routes that by Air Canada offered at the time.
