Night Sky Quilt


“Throughout the 1990s Barbara Todd used the hand-quilted bed cover to create work that presents unnerving links between the mortal body, domesticity and warfare. In the 1998 exhibition Barbara Todd: an installation of quilts and drawings, she explores the resonances and paradoxes of darkness, night, sleep, dreams and death”.
